Noisily Losing 10 Grams Of Gold, Husband Pushes Wife To Fall And Shortness Of Breath

JAKARTA - TLS (55) an elderly woman (elderly) became a victim of domestic violence (KDRT) committed by her husband with the initials MS (65). The commotion occurred at his rented house, in the Kembangan area, West Jakarta.

The domestic violence incident started with MS, who had 10 grams of gold jewelry without the knowledge of his wife, whose initials, TLS. Suddenly the jewels disappeared. MS accuses TLS of taking the jewellery.

Kembangan Police Chief Kompol Binsar H Sianturi said MS then pushed TLS down and experienced shortness of breath. Seeing this incident, then the second child of the husband and wife (couple) then contacted another family that his mother had been beaten.

The commotion of the husband and wife was getting worse. The TLS family did not accept MS's treatment of TLS. One of the families took a saber-type sharp weapon but was caught by the local security and was prevented.

Finally, the incident was reported to the Kembangan Police. Members of the Criminal Investigation Unit immediately went to the scene of the incident and secured the parties involved to the Kembangan Police Headquarters.

"At the development police station, we mediate between the two parties, because the victim of TLS (55) does not want to make a police report (LP)," said Kompol Binsar to VOI, Friday, May 13.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kembangan Police, AKP Reno Apri Dwijayanto, said that both parties would be directed to a Restorative Justice approach.

"We are doing Restorative Justice efforts because the victim does not want to make a police report, so we are carrying out Restorative Justice efforts," he said.

This process reaches a peace agreement between the two parties, without having to proceed to the legal process. However, both parties must make an agreement.

"Furthermore, both parties made a statement to agree not to dispute the incident," he said.
