Central Sulawesi Governor Forms Investigation Team For Alleged Sale And Purchase Of Positions: Strict Actions Are Taken Against Anyone Violating
JAKARTA - The issue of the alleged sale and purchase of positions hit the Central Sulawesi provincial government. This issue is also widely reported, even become a conversation on social media.
This triggered a firm reaction from the Governor of Central Sulawesi, Rusdy Mastura. He formed an investigative team to investigate the alleged sale and purchase of echelon three and four positions at the inauguration on April 28, 2022.
"I accept the news in online media and social media related to the alleged trade in office boxes," Rusdy explained in his official statement, as reported by Antara, Saturday, May 7.
This investigative team involves the Provincial Inspectorate, Regional Secretary, and authorized officials. This team was asked to work quickly to investigate the case.
"The goal is to immediately respond to things that are developing and that interfere with the vision and mission of the Central Sulawesi provincial government to carry out bureaucratic reform," he explained.
Rusdy said, anyone who is proven to be involved in the practice of buying and selling positions will be dealt with firmly in accordance with the laws and regulations of the state civil apparatus (ASN) and other regulatory provisions.
"If proven, we will act in accordance with existing regulations," he said.
According to Rusdy, within the next 3 months his party will re-evaluate the box office in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, proposals, and the needs of regional apparatus organizations and leadership policies.
"The position box will be re-evaluated according to the provisions or not," he explained.
