They pulled over to ask the police officer who was holding a sign that read "Must Register 'Online' To Enter Ragunan".

"You have to register 'online' first, sir, then you can enter. If you register now, you may only be able to enter tomorrow," said the police officer holding the sign, Wednesday, May 4.

Some visitors claimed not to know the "online" registration procedure even though they had come from quite a distance.

"Ha? Register 'online'? How do you do that?," said the man who was driving a motorcycle while asking his wife and children who were in the back seat.

Unable to enter, he finally decided to turn back. "I've come a long way from Cileungsi, sir. I've been riding with my three children and wives, I've brought a basket with a carpet, and I can't even enter," said Yudi, one of the visitors.

He claimed to have heard the news that to enter the Ragunan Wildlife Park, you must first register online. However, he admitted that he did not know how to register.

"I don't understand that, there has to be an 'online'. I knew I wanted to go for a walk with my family," he said.

Suhatinah said the same thing. He and his family admitted that they could not enter because they had not registered online.

"I'm from Cibubur, I've been hot on an angkot and I can't even get in," he said.

He finally gave up his intention to travel to the Ragunan Wildlife Park.

First, residents who want to order tickets can visit the Ragunan Wildlife Park Instagram account, namely @ragunanzoo.

On the account there is a registration link that says linktr.ee/pesantiketragunan.

Around 45 thousand people are estimated to visit the Ragunan Wildlife Park, South Jakarta. This amount is equivalent to 75 percent of the capacity of the Ragunan Wildlife Park.
