JAKARTA – PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. has released the operational schedule for banking services at branches during the Eid 2022 holiday period. In today's press release, the state-owned bank is said to provide limited Eid services starting April 29 to 30 and May 3 to 6 2022.
Bank Mandiri Corporate Secretary Rudi Asaturridha said this operation was limited in nature and not all branches were open to serve customer transactions.
"In accordance with the provisions related to joint leave on Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H, a number of Bank Mandiri branches will continue to carry out operations on a limited basis," he said on Thursday, April 28.
According to Rudi, the company will operate 146 branches spread across all operational areas alternately with service times starting at 08.00 - 14.30 local time. Meanwhile, the locations of open branches can be seen on the official Bank Mandiri website.
"All of these branches will provide limited banking services, such as receiving deposits for purchases of BBM or non-BBM by gas stations, cash withdrawals and deposits, transfer of books between Bank Mandiri accounts, replacement of debit/ATM cards, opening and blocking of debit/ATM cards, printing mutations to replacement of savings books,” he explained.
Furthermore, Rudi also conveyed that customers can take advantage of the Livin by Mandiri digital channel (yellow logo) to still be able to get complete banking transaction facilities without worrying about being constrained by branch operational time.
"Bank Mandiri is ready to serve customers with 13,119 ATM networks spread throughout Indonesia to facilitate transaction needs such as cash withdrawals, transfers, top-up e-money balances, bill payments and various other transaction services. If customers require further information, please contact call center for further assistance,” concluded Rudi.
