Ganjar Pranowo's YouTube Account With 1.26 Million Subscribers Turns Into Binance Live
SEMARANG - Ganjar Pranowo's YouTube channel was hacked. The account has been inaccessible since Monday, April 25, 2022 at 04.10 WIB.
The hack made the channel, which already had 1.26 million subscribers, disappear. This information was shared by Governor Ganjar Pranowo himself on his Instagram account.
"Ganjar Pranowo's Youtube Channel account has been hacked by another party. Currently the account is trying to be restored with the help of YouTube. Please be careful if someone is on behalf of Ganjar Pranowo's Youtube," he wrote.
The @ganjar_pranowo account also includes an explanation that the account has been hacked and has not been accessible since Monday, April 25, 2022 in the morning.
"Even the account name had changed or was renamed to another account. Currently the account cannot be accessed at all," Ganjar wrote.
From the data collection conducted by the Ganjar Pranowo Channel team, it is known that the account was hacked on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 04.10 WIB.
But when exactly it started hacking is not known. Because the team actually found out from the reports of dozens of netizens who sent Instagram DMs.
After checking, it turned out to be true. Ganjar Pranowo's YouTube channel has suddenly changed its name to Binance Live. The hacking party changed the nickname, display picture to the YouTube banner.
All content from Ganjar Pranowo's YouTube is private and they do live streaming for Binance content viewing.
While trying to recover, suddenly the sign out message appeared and was told to log back in. Next, a message appears that the YouTube channel has disappeared, or is not linked to the original email.
Ganjar added that so far there has been no message from any party claiming responsibility for the hack.
"I don't know who carried out this attack. I don't know whether it was a fad or a certain purpose. Please pray for Ganjar Pranowo's channel to be restored soon," he said.
