BRI Opens New Employee Recruitment Program Again, Looking For Future Leader Candidates

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk has once again opened the BRILian Future Leader Program (BFLP) to screen candidates for future leaders in the BRI Group.

Director of Human Capital BRI Agus Winardono said BFLP is a new employee recruitment program that strictly selects qualified candidates according to the needs and company values.

"The company will select qualified applicants to work and develop the best potential in the BRI Group. The selected candidates have the opportunity to continue to grow and learn in order to make the best contribution to Indonesia," Agus said in an official statement, quoted from Antara, Saturday, April 23.

BRI Group BFLP registration is open from 18-29 April 2022 for General Staff & IT Staff positions, with general qualifications that must be met, namely, S1 or S2 graduates from reputable universities and have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 for S1 and 3 .25 for S2. In addition, the age limit for participants is 25 years for S1 graduates and 28 years for S2 graduates.

He revealed that working at BRI means working in a fun, creative, and dynamic environment.

BFLP is divided into two tracks, namely first, BFLP General for graduates from economics, actuarial, law, psychology, engineering, agriculture, agricultural technology, agribusiness, fisheries, animal husbandry, forestry, FISIPOL (specially majoring in international relations, communication, fiscal administration, commercial administration, and state administration), as well as MIPA (specifically majoring in mathematics and statistics).

Second, the Information Technology (IT) BFLP track which is specifically for the majors in informatics engineering, information systems, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, telecommunications electrical engineering, network engineering, and MIPA (specifically for mathematics and statistics majors).

Agus said applicants must be willing to take all stages of the selection, later participants who are selected for the administrative selection will follow all stages of the test.

Furthermore, participants who pass the selection will undergo a period of BFLP education and then be placed in all BRI Work Units and BRI Groups.

BRI has the right to determine and decide candidates who meet the qualifications at each stage of the selection, so that only candidates with the best qualifications will be called upon to participate in the selection stage. The decision is absolute and cannot be contested.

BRI reminds the public and job applicants to be careful and alert to various forms of fraud.

He emphasized that the recruitment program carried out by BRI did not charge any fees from the beginning to the end of the program or it was free and BRI did not cooperate with other institutions or institutions, including any travel agents.
