Had Allowed ASN To Go Home Using Official Cars, Deputy Mayor Of Bengkulu City Claimed Not To Know The Government Forbidden
BENGKULU - The Bengkulu City Government has prohibited all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Bengkulu Province Government from using official cars during the Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijri homecoming. 2022 in accordance with the call from the central government.
"I didn't know before that there was an appeal from the central government about a ban on ASN not being allowed to use official cars for going home," said Dedy, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, April 20.
When interviewed previously, the Deputy Mayor said that he had not received or received information that the central government forbade the use of official cars during Eid homecoming.
Previously, Deputy Mayor of Bengkulu, Dedy Wahyudi, allowed ASN to use official cars when going home for Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah.
This is with the consideration that not all ASN or officials at the Bengkulu City Government have private cars.
"After there was an appeal from the Kemenpan RB, it was clear that it was not allowed to bring official cars when going home," he said.
Previously, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) set the national holiday of Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijri and Eid 2022 joint leave on 2-3 May 2022 and collective leave on 29 April and 4-6 May 2022.
"The Eid al-Fitr national holiday and Eid holidays can be used to stay in touch with relatives at home," he said.
He appealed to the public to remain vigilant and comply with the Health Protocols (Prokes) such as maintaining distance, washing hands and wearing masks because the pandemic is not over yet.
