Napoli Will Face AS Roma, Spaletti Asks His Squad To Be Alert: They Are A Real Threat

JAKARTA - Week 32 of the 2021/2022 Italian League will bring together Napoli with AS Roma on Tuesday, April 19 at 00.00 WIB. Ahead of the match at the San Paolo Stadium, Luciano Spalletti as Napoli coach asked his team to be aware of the positive trend of Rome.

Roma have gone through their last 11 matches in Serie A without losing. For that result, Spalletti admits the Giallorossi are an extraordinary team.

Even so, Spalletti said Napoli must impose their game on AS Roma by keeping the ball and playing with their best quality.

"They are a real threat, but so are we to them. The team that manages to carry out their plans well will be at the top. We can't do that against Fiorentina," Spalletti was quoted as saying by the club's official website.

Regarding which players will be deployed, the concocting interpreter explained that Napoli will only lose one player, namely Giovanni Di Lorenzo, who is still undergoing recovery and is ready to be fielded in the next match.

"(Andrea) Petagna looks good and can be in the squad. Fabian (Ruiz) has a small groin problem but he is fine and is available for the game. Regardless of who plays a role, the most important thing is the attitude we show," explained Spalletti .

Even though they will play at home, Napoli have recorded more defeats in Serie A this season. However, Spalletti said what needs to be improved.

"We have to keep our balance and handle every stage of the game in the right way. You need different strategies at different times. We have to stay compact and not push ourselves in attack," said Spalletti.
