3-1 Win Over Spezia, Simone Inzaghi Still Not Satisfied With Inter Milan's Performance

JAKARTA - Inter Milan coach, Simone Inzaghi admitted that he was not satisfied with Inter Milan's appearance when appearing in the 33rd week of the 2021/2022 Italian League. In fact, in the match against Spezia, the Nerazzurri won a landslide victory.

Inter Milan has a schedule for an away match to the Alberto Picco Stadium which is the headquarters of Spezia on Saturday, April 16 in the morning WIB. Appearing in front of opposing supporters, Inter successfully closed the match with a 3-1 victory.

The satisfying result was deserved by the Nerazzurri because they appeared more dominating by holding possession of the ball by 68 percent.

Although Spezia had time to reduce the position through Giulio Maggiore in the 88th minute, but Alexis Sanchez then locked Inter Milan's victory through his goal in injury time, precisely in the 90+3 minute.

Even though they came home with three full points, it was still not able to make their coach, Simone Inzaghi satisfied. According to the coach, despite winning in this match, Inter Milan did not show their best performance.

Inzaghi explained that there were several moments where his foster children appeared less biting. It happened in the first half and the beginning of the second half.

“Our first half performance was a bit stiff. I also didn't like the first 10 minutes of the second half because we gave them a few chances," Inzaghi was quoted as saying by Sky Sport Italia.

"But then, getting the win is important for our journey," added Inzaghi.

On the other hand, this victory did not make Inter Milan able to sit quietly at the top of the standings in the hunt for the Scudetto. Because, they were actually eliminated to second place standings after the position was taken by AC Milan who won 2-0 over Genoa.
