Certain Affinity Is Reportedly Working On An Xbox Game Inspired By Monster Hunter

JAKARTA - Microsoft has a number of upcoming big games officially announced under the Xbox Game Studios umbrella. There are a few games that aren't officially announced yet, and some of them are in the works at external studios that have partnered with Xbox.

According to a report from the Twitter account @klobrille on Saturday, April 9, Certain Affinity is reportedly working on a new AAA IP with XGS Publishing that has similarities to Monster Hunter exclusively for Xbox consoles.

Certain Affinity is looking for a Senior Graphics Engineer specifically with "development experience on Xbox consoles". While no announcement has been officially announced yet, interestingly, a job advertisement posted by Certain Affinity for a senior graphic engineer position mentions that the studio is working on a "new native IP".

As per reports, this isn't the only Xbox-exclusive project in the works at Certain Affinity. The studio is also allegedly working on a new multiplayer mode for Halo Infinite.
