Anies Doesn't Attend LKPJ At DKI DPRD, Denny Siregar: If Asked For Accountability Runs Out But When Receives Award First
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan was not present at the plenary meeting of the DKI DPRD on Wednesday 6 April. The meeting was related to the submission of the DKI Jakarta Governor's Accountability Report (LKPJ) for the 2021 Fiscal Year.
Social media activist Denny Siregar was furious that Anies was absent from the meeting scheduled to convey this responsibility but was often present at award reception events. He thinks that Anies only wants to be highlighted by the media when he gets praise.
"If you receive an award, it will be in the newspaper first. If you are asked to be responsible, run through the back door," he said on his Twitter account @Dennysiregar7, Friday, April 8th.
In the meeting, Anies was represented by the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria. The Deputy Governor of DKI said that the realization of regional income in 2021 will reach 100.6 percent.
As previously reported, the Deputy Governor of DKI said that the absorption of the regional budget (APBD) for the 2021 budget year was 88.3 percent of the total target of 91 percent.
The Deputy Governor of DKI said that a number of reasons for the absorption of the APBD did not reach the target. According to him, one of the factors is the budget efficiency of the auction process. "This is due to efficiency. The auction must be effective," said Riza at DKI City Hall, Central Jakarta, Monday, January 3.
Furthermore, a number of budget payments for the salaries of DKI Provincial Government employees were not distributed due to retirement until they died. Then, a massive and multi-year auction process. "So, indeed everything has a process. Not everything can be paid immediately," he added.
