Exclusively Ziva Magnolya Learned Acting From Ringgo Agus Rahman In The Film Pulang

JAKARTA - Success as a singer who dropped out of Indonesian Idol, Ziva Magnolya doesn't want to stop learning. The opportunity to learn acting in the film Pulang was immediately greeted with enthusiasm. Moreover, Ziva was combined with Ringgo Agus Rahman, who according to him really helped him learn acting.

Ziva was challenged to try acting because the film Pulang had a good storyline. "I think it's really good. Even though the story has a lot of conflict, yes, the conflict is not foreign to a family. Because whoever wants it, they must feel like family problems," he said.

The film Pulang is currently showing on KlikFilm. This film tells the journey of Pras (Ringgo Agus Rahman) aiming to catch up with Pras' wife, Santi (Imelda Therinne) and their youngest son, Beno (Mark Natama).

Before reaching their destination, secret after secret in their family was revealed one by one. Including Pras and Santi's households, which are on the brink.

"So entering the realm of this film is very, very new for my first debut and the title of the film is Pulang. And I play Rindu," he said.

Rindu's character made Ziva unable to refuse to join in the film Pulang. Moreover, family stories are very easy for him to digest.

"So in Pulang, we have four main casts: Ringgo Agus Rahman, then Imelda Therine, then Ziva Magnolya and Mark Natama. Most of the story here is more like a family drama and I have a father and mother. My father is Ringgo's father, my mother is sister email, and I have a girlfriend named Beno and Beno is played by Mark Natama, "he explained.

Of course, when he started filming Ziva felt nervous. "This is my debut. Honestly, before I met Bang Kinoi, Bang Ringgo, Sis Imel, I was confused about what kind of attitude I should act. When I finally found it, I immediately realized that my fear was gone. Because it's the first time Ringo has met, he's already joking," he added.

Ziva also received guidance from seniors regarding her acting. Ringgo Agus Rahman and Imelda Therine gave many messages and discussions.

"Yes, so the story tells about a journey, yes, it's more like a road movie, and indeed it contains simple conversations that are usually done by children and their fathers. Daughters and fathers," he said.

"There's also not just talking like that, but there are meanings that can be taken from the conversation from the whole story, there are many things that can be taken, because the trip is not just a trip but there is a purpose and purpose from the father, why did he take his son on a road trip, because there is something he wants to convey to his father," he explained.

Many collided roles with Ringgo made him amazed. "For me, it's my first time in acting and what really impresses me is that it's actually my first time playing in a film, my co-stars are Agus Ringgo Rahman, Imelda Therine and that's something I'm proud of and can also learn a lot from them," he explained. .

"I'm really happy, really happy because I feel that if for example I don't put the term to be able to play with Ringgo's father, I'll be stuck and don't know what to do about this film because in six days of shooting, I got a lot of things. also from sis Ringgo," continued Ziva Magnolya.

Apparently Ringgo did not only discuss about the films they acted in, but also about films in general. Because of that, Ziva is getting more and more steady in acting.

"We talked about film, but not only film, but life as well as how he can socialize with people. And that's really a lesson that means a lot to me," he recalls.

He also learned a lot too about feelings that don't have to be expressed explicitly. "Maybe people see something sad, any emotion, whether it's sad or angry, for example, like it was sad. Sadness is synonymous with crying or angry, identical with screaming, even though things aren't always like that, so there are things we don't even think about. need to cry, we just keep quiet but we tell you what we want," he said.

The knowledge of acting is what he thinks is the most valuable that he got during filming the movie Pulang. "Say it even in silence. Then we don't cry, people who watch are crying because they can feel it. It's like that," he said.

Ziva Magnolya also leaked that he would also sing in this film, but he was reluctant to explain what the scene was like.

"There is a little yes," he answered briefly.

Ziva Magnolya admits that he wants to continue to hone his acting skills by sharing other projects. "When it comes to things that are focused on, I keep singing but I don't rule out playing movies again because I like it, I'm happy too," he said.

So what kind of role does he dream of in the future? "What is the role like. I like family dramas like this. I like being a child too, maybe if the extreme extreme I want to be a child, sorry for the psychopathic element. "Actually, I really like learning, so just from watching movies, I have learned a lot from people who have often acted. There are so many places if we want to learn that, so all we need is the intention," he explained.

Like the dreams of other actors in Indonesia, Reza Rahadian is Ziva's intended co-star in the future. "I want to play with Reza Rahadian. Because in my opinion he is a senior who is also humble, which I usually see too. Then from his acting, nothing has failed. It's really cool," he said.

For him, acting or singing cannot be separated anymore. "They're both fun, of course, maybe the difference is more in the energy needed. For example, if you sing, you usually sing for 30 minutes or maybe 1 hour, if you have a lot of songs, while playing a movie it takes days or months. -months, weeks like that. And that's what makes the difference. It depends on what it is, the emotion," said Ziva.

Young and many works, Ziva does not want to limit himself. Whatever challenges will be conquered.

"So actually that's all that makes the difference. Both are fun, both need feelings. Both need cooperation between teams, so the only difference is the time difference," he continued.

"Still singing for sure. And soon on April 8 I will release my song and this song is called My Love Fairy," he said.

My Love Fairy song tells the story of the relationship between people of different religions. "So there are also many who feel that dating different religions is difficult, and here the song tells a story and maybe it can be an outpouring of hearts for people who feel it," said Ziva Magnolya.
