VIDEO: Hundreds Of Kiosks Burned At IRTI Monas, Police Call The Burners Out Of Jealousy
JAKARTA - The suspect in the arson at one of the kiosks in Lenggang Jakarta, Monas area, Central Jakarta, has been arrested. The suspect WST could only look down when he was carried away by the Gambir Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit. As a result of WST's actions, hundreds of kiosks in that location were destroyed. WST was charged with multiple articles. WST burned only one kiosk, owned by a man with the initials DL at that location. However, because the fire was getting bigger, it spread to other shops. The incident occurred on Thursday, March 31 at around 05.20 WIB. A total of 204 stalls have been burned by the fire. WST admitted that he had burned the Lenggang Jakarta kiosk because he was jealous of his girlfriend with the initials DL (male) who already had another man. This was conveyed by the Head of Criminal Investigation at the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Wisnu Wardana, to reporters, Monday, April 4.
