Not An Example! 16 Percent Of Bandung Regency Government Civil Servants Skip The First Day Of Work During Ramadan
BANDUNG - Bandung Regent Dadang Supriatna noted that the attendance rate of state civil servants (ASN) in the local district government reached 83.6 percent or there were as many as 16.4 percent of ASN who skipped work on the first day of work during Ramadan.
According to Dadang Supriatna in Bandung, Monday, April 4, at the morning rally, 1,724 ASN attended from around 2,000 ASN in the Bandung Regency Government. However, the number of attendance is more than some time before.
"This means that only 83.6 percent were present. Compared to the sudden inspections we've done before, it's better now," Dadang said as quoted by Antara.
Dadang Supriatna admitted that he would continue to evaluate the ASN, for the realization of the Bandung Regency Government program.
"Because each regional apparatus (PD) signed a performance agreement. We will evaluate the performance three months ago, whether the performance target was achieved or not. If it is not achieved, there will be sanctions, both verbal and written," he said.
Dadang appealed to ASN not to be lazy and continue to work as usual even though they are fasting.
"Of course there are intentions, procedures and so on that will complete fasting and not interfere with performance," he said
"Working as usual. Only time has changed, usually at 07.30 WIB, now it is 08.00 to 15.00 WIB," he said.
