BSD Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Releases IDR 1 Trillion Bonds And Sukuk, Interested Investors Can Order Starting From IDR 5 Million
JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) plans to issue two debt securities with a total value of Rp. 1 trillion. These notes consist of continuous bonds III phase I Rp800 billion and continuous sukuk Ijarah I phase I Rp200 billion.
Citing the company's offering document, Friday April 1, the bonds are divided into two series. Series A Rp547.25 billion with an interest of 6.75 percent for three years.
Meanwhile, Series B Rp252.75 billion bears 7.75 percent interest for five years.
The Sukuk Ijarah, a property developer owned by conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja, is also divided into two series. Namely series A Rp63.5 billion with a return of 6.75 percent for a three-year term and series B Rp136.5 billion with a yield of 7.75 percent for a five-year term.
These bonds and sukuk have received permits effective March 31, 2022 with a public offering period starting on April 4 next. After that, the company estimates that these bonds and sukuk will be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on April 8, 2022.
The company has set a minimum order of IDR 5 million for investors who intend to order the bonds and sukuk.
