Booster Vaccines For Homecoming And Tarawih Are Mandatory, But Music Concerts Are Not Necessary, Fadli Zon: Fake Requirements
JAKARTA - Gerindra Party politician Fadli Zon spoke about the COVID-19 pandemic policy implemented by the government in religious activities and music events.
According to him, there are differences that do not need to be highlighted in terms of going home, performing tarawih worship, and going to music concerts. He asked for all the generalized.
"The conditions are far-fetched. It's better if you don't need a booster for tarawih and going home. Meanwhile on the plane, you don't need antigen anymore. Just withdraw that condition," said Fadli on his Twitter account, @fadlizon, Monday, March 28.
Fadli's statement started with snatching the tweet of Deputy Speaker of the MPR Hidayat Nur Wahid alias HNW. The PKS politician said that current music concerts no longer require booster vaccines. Music show connoisseurs can watch only provided that they have received a complete COVID-19 vaccine, including maintaining health protocols.
It was the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, Sandiaga Uno, who said the new rules for music events and the creative economy. Sandi said this during a visit to the Joyland Festival Bali on Friday, March 25, 2022.
For this reason, HNW asks that people who perform Tarawih prayers during Ramadan are not burdened with the requirement for a booster vaccine. Likewise, people who will undergo the homecoming tradition ahead of Eid Al-Fitr 2022.
"Even for music concerts which are usually long & very crowded, it can be held without any booster requirements. The only conditions are; strict procedures and complete vaccines. So the booster requirements for Tarawih prayers in mosques and Lebaran homecoming should be revoked," said HNw via Twitter, @hnurwahid .
