Cimory, Milk And Yoghurt Producer Owned By Conglomerate Bambang Sutantio Raises Revenue Of IDR 4.09 Trillion And Profit Of IDR 790 Billion In 2021

JAKARTA - The milk and yogurt producer owned by conglomerate Bambang Sutantio, PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) alias Cimory, recorded a brilliant financial performance in 2021.

In Cimory's financial report, quoted on Saturday, March 26, the company achieved a net profit growth of 346 percent for the year to Rp790 billion in 2021, compared to Rp177 billion in 2020.

Net sales increased by 120 percent to Rp4.09 trillion, compared to the same period in the previous year.

The significant growth in net profit was supported by an increase in sales contribution from the Dairy and Consumer Foods segments.

The Dairy segment recorded a sales increase of 120 percent to Rp. 2.6 trillion. Meanwhile, the Consumer Foods segment recorded sales growth of 119 percent to Rp 1.4 trillion.

"This is the result of our focus on product innovation and creating new markets in the protein-based food category," said Cimory Group President Director Farell Sutantio.

Cimory's total assets recorded an increase of around 416 percent to Rp. 5.6 trillion, compared to 2020 which reached Rp. 1.08 trillion.

Meanwhile, the total liabilities in 2021 will be Rp907 billion. The company's total equity grew to Rp4.69 trillion billion in 2021, from Rp734 billion in 2020.

In terms of cash flow, there was an increase in net cash flow from operating activities in a surplus position in 2021 to Rp726 billion, from Rp199 billion in 2020.
