The Vocalist Of Sisitipsi Admits To Drinking Coffee Mixed With Marijuana At One Of The Bekasi Cafes, The Police Conduct A Search

JAKARTA - The suspect in the narcotics abuse case, Muhammad Fauzan Lubis, admitted that he had consumed marijuana coffee at a cafe in the Bekasi area, West Java. The police will also investigate the truth of the confession of the Sisitipsi vocalist.

"Based on the examination, the suspect admitted that he last consumed coffee containing marijuana on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at a cafe in Sumarecon Mall Bekasi," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Friday, March 18.

However, investigators did not immediately believe Fauzan's confession. Investigative steps were also carried out to confirm the truth.

West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Head AKBP Danang Setiyo said there were two possibilities behind Fauzan's confession. Firstly, indeed the mentioned cafe sells marijuana coffee and secondly that statement is just a diversion.

"So this is only a temporary confession. While we are still investigating, is it true that he consumed coffee containing marijuana or is it just an excuse. What is clear is that later we will investigate it, we will check it and then we will convey the results," said Danang.

Then, the investigation will also lead to the validity of the doctor's prescription and whether Fauzan really needs a sedative.

Because, it is undeniable that currently many parties use doctor's prescriptions to get drugs such as xanax and dumolid. In fact, they are medically they do not need it.

"What is clear is that we will explore whether it is a doctor's prescription carried out by the rightful or not, we will convey it later," said Danang.

The vocalist of the Sisitipsi band, Muhammad Fauzan Lubis, was arrested by the West Jakarta Metro Police. He was arrested in the Blok M area, South Jakarta on March 17 at 00.30 WIB.
