No Medicine! LeBron James Becomes First NBA Player To Score Over 10,000 Points, Rebounds And Assists
JAKARTA - Los Angeles Lakers player, LeBron James, listed his name in the NBA history books. He became the first player in NBA history to score over 10,000 points, rebounds and assists!
He made this achievement when the LA Lakers lost 111-140 to the Phoenix Sun, Monday, March 14, morning WIB. In that game, LeBron James scored 31 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
With this addition, LeBron James has now scored 36,824 points, 10,004 assists and 10,150 rebounds in his NBA career.
"To sit alone in the statistics category in this league really shows my style of play: being able to score points, rebounds and assists," LeBron said after the game, as quoted by ABC News from ESPN.
"I'm sitting alone with these statistics looking very beautiful. I can say 'cool', but this is a little unreal to me," he continued.
This achievement left him speechless. The 37-year-old immediately remembered where he came from, Akron, Ohio, where he started it all.
LeBron later said all the LA Lakers players congratulated him. In fact, his mother sent him a text message that he only saw after the game.
"It's an honor to be part of this league and no matter what happens this season you will try to win all season. Tonight was one that happened not only for me but also for my family and friends, ' said LeBron James.
