Polygon Partners With Spanish Telecommunications Giant Telefónica Tech
JAKARTA – Crypto Polygon (MATIC) was recently reported to have partnered with the largest telecommunications company in Spain, Telefónica Tech. The collaboration is aimed at developing Web3 solutions.
Through an official announcement on the Telefónica Tech blog, mentioning that Polygon is the most relevant public blockchain ecosystem today for Web3 development aimed at its commercial clients.

U.Today reports that the Polygon network will be used to provide a quick and easy way for companies to integrate blockchain technology into their businesses, as the deal launched at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Meanwhile Telefónica Tech's managed blockchain platform TrustOS is expected to benefit from increased traceability, tokenization, and certification as a result of the collaboration.
The partnership was welcomed by Antoni Martín from Polygon. He stated that the collaboration with the global company is part of Polygon to bring Web3 to the public.
“Working with top global companies like Telefónica Tech is at the heart of Polygon's mission to bring millions of people to Web3. Together we will explore opportunities where Polygon's scaling solutions can add value across the NFT or supply chain,” said Antoni Martín.
The collaboration with Telefónica Tech was announced by Polygon through its official Twitter post on March 4, 2022. Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal also shared the announcement on his social media.
