VIDEO: Status Of Suspect Nurhayati Released, Police Explain The Cause

JAKARTA - The National Police has declared that the case of alleged corruption in village funds that named Nurhayati a suspect has been officially terminated. The decision to terminate this case is based on the results of the case titles from the Cirebon City Police and the Cirebon District Attorney's Office. The termination of the Nurhayati case uses a phase two delegation scheme. The jurisdiction of the case now rests with the prosecutor's office. This was conveyed by the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Tuesday (1/3). Meanwhile, the Director of Corruption Crimes at the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Cahyono Wibowo, said that Nurhayati's case was terminated because no malicious intent was found.
