Prince William Fully Supports Ukraine Against Russian Invasion
JAKARTA - The Russian invasion of Ukraine made Prince William and Kate Middleton concerned. They provide full support for Ukraine over the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
William and Kate first met Volodymyr Zelenskyy and first lady Olena Zelenska in 2020 during the Ukrainian president's two-day official visit to the UK. A photo shows the two couples talking at Buckingham Palace in central London on October 7, 2020.
In October 2020 we had the privilege to meet President Zelenskyy and the First Lady to learn of their hope and optimism for Ukraine's future. Today we stand with the President and all of Ukraine's people as they bravely fight for that future W & C

William and Kate said they were fighting alongside President Volodymyr Zelensky as well as the Ukrainian people in their Twitter posts.
"Today we stand with the President and all the Ukrainian people as they bravely fight for that future," William and Kate wrote on Twitter.
The message of support from the British royals came just hours after Volodymyr Zelensky. Zelenskyy posted the video to his social media. The video shows him walking around the streets of Kiev after a night of artillery fire in various parts of the city, alerting him to his whereabouts.
Zelenskyy cited a lot of false information circulating on social media stating calls to lay down arms for Ukrainian troops. Zelenskyy denied that information by asserting that he would defend his country.
"There is a lot of false information online that I call on our soldiers to lay down arms, and there is an evacuation. I am here. We will not lay down our weapons. We will defend our country," Zelenskyy said.
