Bareskrim Accepts Indra Kenz's Request To Postpone Examination Time To February 25

JAKARTA - The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes, Bareskrim Polri, granted Crazy Rich Medan's request, Indra Kenz, regarding the time of the examination. The inquest is scheduled to take place Friday 25 February.

"Hopefully, on Thursday, Friday at the maximum, we will summon brother IK (Indra Kenz) as a witness," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, to reporters on Monday, February 21.

While waiting for the examination of Indra Kenz, who is the reported person, investigators will also ask for information from witnesses and experts.

"On Monday, Tuesday we will examine the witnesses, Wednesday and the experts," said Whisnu.

With this series of examinations, continued Whisnu, the handling of this case will proceed quickly. Because, in the near future it will be determined whether or not there is a suspect in the alleged fraud case under the guise of Binomo binary options trading.

"So, after Wednesday, we will submit the update to Karopenmas, whether it can be prosecuted as a suspect or not. The results will be after processing," said Whisnu.

Crazy Rich Medan Indra Kenz previously failed to comply with the summons for an alleged fraud under the guise of Binomo binary options trading. The owner, whose real name is Indra Kesuma, asked that his examination be postponed to next Friday.

"Proposed a postponement and the person concerned is willing to be questioned on February 25, 2022," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan.

However, Ramadhan did not specify whether Indra Kenz's request was granted or not. According to him, Indra Kenz was not present at the summons last week because he was abroad for treatment.

"The person concerned was not present with the reason that the person concerned went for treatment abroad," said Ramadhan.
