Capture The Potential Of Industrial Land, Deltamas Developer Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Targets Pre-sales Of IDR 1.8 Trillion
JAKARTA - The developer of the modern integrated urban area of Kota Deltamas, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), is targeting pre-sales or marketing sales of IDR 1.8 trillion in 2022. This target is up 2.27 percent from the company's marketing sales realization in 2021.
Puradelta Director Tondy Suwanto said that the marketing sales target was mainly supported by sales of industrial land, in addition to sales of residential and commercial land or products. According to Tondy, the demand for industrial land in early 2022 is quite high even though the pandemic situation is not over yet.
"We see that the demand for industrial land from the data center sector has actually increased in the midst of this pandemic," said Tondy Suwanto in his statement, Thursday, February 17.
Tondy believes that in 2022 more data center players will join the GIIC industrial area of Kota Deltamas.
The company itself has prepared a special zone in the GIIC industrial area of Kota Deltamas which is dedicated to the data center industry and similar industries. This special zone is equipped with optimum premium power supply reliability and private fiber optics that provide data security for data managed by each data center customer.
"This is the main advantage for the GIIC industrial area of Kota Deltamas to attract prospective data center customers," added Tondy.
Armed with these facilities and utilities, Tondy emphasized that the GIIC Kota Deltamas industrial area is ready to become the leading and best data center center in Indonesia.
Furthermore, Tondy revealed that in early 2022 there will still be demand for industrial land of around 70 hectares. In addition to the data center sector, there is demand from other industrial sectors such as industries related to the automotive, food industry, and home furnishings industry.
"Therefore, we believe we can achieve the marketing sales target of IDR 1.8 trillion in 2022," said Tondy Suwanto.
Demand for residential and commercial land or products is also expected to increase along with the increasing economic and industrial activities in Kota Deltamas and its surroundings. With the rapid development of activities in Kota Deltamas, the Company will continue to develop its residential and commercial areas in Kota Deltamas by considering market demand.
“We believe that residential and commercial demand will continue to increase, especially with infrastructure projects and commercial facilities that have also begun to be built in Kota Deltamas and its surroundings. However, in the midst of a pandemic situation like this, we also need to watch the development of market demand carefully," added Tondy.
