Firmly Regarding 3 TNI Persons Perpetrator Of The Nagrek Collision, Commander General Andika: I Don't Want The Death Penalty, Maximize It For Life
JAKARTA - The TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa held a routine meeting with the TNI legal team in response to the involvement of soldiers in an accident in the Nagreg area, Bandung Regency, West Java some time ago.
It is known that three TNI personnel, Colonel P, Koptu DA, and Sergeant SA hit two people on Jalan Raya Nagreg in the area around the Ciaro gas station, Nagreg District, Bandung Regency, West Java, last Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
After the incident, the victims were taken by the three of them and then mysteriously disappeared. According to General Andika, the three perpetrators should be punished to the fullest. Because the act was done in a planned manner.
"I want the article to be correct, meaning that he was involved in the killing, the crash was only an initial incident and apparently not all of them (victims) died," said General Andika on the Youtube channel @Jenderal TNI Andika Perkasa, reported Wednesday, February 9.
The maximum penalty in this case is life imprisonment in addition to the death penalty.
"I don't want the death penalty, we just maximize the life sentence," said General Andika.
Meanwhile, according to the Commander of the Army Military Police Investigation Unit (Dansatidik Pomad), Brigadier General Ahmad Yani S, currently the three perpetrators are being investigated.
The three were investigated in different places, namely in Bogor, Cijantung and at Pomdam Jaya for the perpetrators with the rank of colonel.
"Our new position is to examine the three suspects. Tomorrow we have designated them as suspects and are accompanied by legal counsel," he said.
The bodies of the two victims in the collision incident were only discovered on December 11 in the Serayu River in Central Java. After being found, the bodies of the victims were returned to their families and buried.
