TMII Prepares Two Isolation Places For COVID-19 Patients, Accommodating 300 People
JAKARTA - The East Jakarta City Government (Pemkot) has prepared a place for self-isolation for COVID-19 patients at Graha Wisata Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) and Puri Adhyaksa Building.
Assistant for Administration and Welfare of East Jakarta City, Achmad Salahuddin, said that the two locations were prepared for self-isolation due to the spike in COVID-19 cases in DKI Jakarta.
The DKI Provincial Government, he continued, had given instructions for the ranks of the City Government to prepare a place for self-isolation.
"We have prepared two locations to accommodate residents if there are residents who are exposed to COVID-19, including at Graha Wisata TMII and Puri Adhyaksa Building," said Achmad, Tuesday, February 8.
For the capacity of the Puri Adhyaksa Building, continued Achmad, it can accommodate 200 patients, while at Graha Wisata TMII, it has a capacity of 100 COVID-19 patients with a capacity of 1 room, 1 person.
The two locations used for self-isolation have been equipped with facilities such as beds, bathrooms, electricity, water, and logistics.
In addition, health protocols, disinfectant spraying services, and the determination of patient entry and exit are also implemented.
All of these services have been coordinated by the Social Service Sub-Department and the East Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service (Gulkarmat).
"If there are things that we need to complete, and fulfill them, we will immediately do them," he said.
