After Documentary, Simon Leviev Is Not Allowed To Have A Tinder Account
JAKARTA - Within a week, the latest Netflix documentary, The Tinder Swindler, was widely discussed by many people. The film focuses on Simon Leviev, a celeb who scammed many people on Tinder.
Simon Leviev who is a stage name uses his persona to deceive the women he meets on Tinder. He uses an identity and displays a fake life to give the impression that he is a rich person.
According to TMZ, Tinder has officially banned Simon Leviev from registering an account. Simon, whose real name is Shimon Hayut, is also not allowed to use a Tinder account under any name.
"We conducted an internal investigation and can confirm Simon Leviev is no longer active on Tinder under any name," Tinder said.
Simon himself still looks active on social media Instagram. He said he would make a version of himself that was different from the Netflix documentary.
Simon Leviev already served five months in prison in 2019 after being accused of defrauding women of money and credit cards. He also lied by claiming to be the son of the conglomerate Lev Leviev.
This story that was busy was appointed by Netflix with the title The Tinder Swindler. The film is directed by Felicity Morris, who previously worked on Don't F**k with Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer (2019).
