Batang Religious Court Launches Sigandu For Divorce Lawsuit Service
BATANG - The Religious Courts (PA) of Batang Regency, Central Java, launched the Integrated Independent Claims Information System (Sigandu) application as an effort to facilitate services for filing divorce cases and prevent brokering practices.
The head of the PA in Batang Mursid said that through the Sigandu application, it would be easy for the community to file a lawsuit independently. It is enough to access the independent lawsuit menu on the Batang PA website and fill out the form provided.
"The form we provide is easy for residents to understand by "inputting" data, after filling it will be a file like when registering a lawsuit at the PA. This is very effective and efficient for people who live far from the Batang PA Office and prevent brokering practices," he said. quoted by Antara, Saturday, February 5th.
In the future, he said, his party plans to cooperate with the Batang Regency Government so that this Sigandu innovation can be enjoyed by the community by presenting this public service in every sub-district, especially residents who live far from the Batang PA Office.
"We hope to work with the Batang Regency Government to place officers who can serve Sigandu innovations in the sub-district because not all residents master the internet. This is a form of bringing services closer to the community," he said.
In addition to the Sigandu application, PA Batang has other service innovations, such as the WhatsApp Notification Information System (SiWani), the Live PTSP Queue Schedule System, Sessions (SiJati), and WhatsApp-Based Information and Complaints (Madusiswa).
Mursid said the SiWani application was used to provide information to the public who registered cases at the Batang PA, both related to case information, trial schedules, and others.
There is also the SiJati application that can make it easier for people to monitor the queue through YouTube so that people can come to PA Batang when the queue schedule is approaching.
Then the Madu Siswa application can become a "call center" service through WhatsApp PA Batang, where people can ask for information or make complaints and others using WhatsApp which can be accessed on weekends or holidays.
"If people need information, they don't need to come to PA Batang, but simply use the Madu Siswa application to ask questions. In addition to reducing brokering practices, this innovation is to reduce community crowds at PA Batang in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic," he said.
