KPK Asks For Information From PSI Fraction DPRD Members Regarding Formula E Anggaran Budget

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the Deputy Chairman of Commission E of the DKI DPRD from the PSI faction, Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo, to ask for information regarding the implementation of Formula E.

Commission E for the People's Welfare of the DKI DPRD is in charge of overseeing the budget for the implementation of a number of regional work units (SKPD). One of them is the Department of Youth and Sports (Dispora) which organizes Formula E.

This is known in a letter requesting a statement from the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK, Endar Priantoro. Anggara's summons was made today at the KPK Office, Jalan Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

"For clarification, information was heard related to the budget management for the implementation of Formula E at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government for the 2019-2021 budget year," Endar wrote in the letter, quoted Thursday, January 3.

Anggara was asked to bring a number of documents related to Formula E budgeting, including the General Policy on the 2020 Budget for the Regional Revenue and Expenditures, the 2020 Provisional Budget Priorities and Ceilings (PPAS), the 2019 PPAS, the 2019 General Policy for Budget Changes (KUPA). , along with the minutes of the budget discussion meeting.

Previously reported, the KPK admitted that it was investigating and had examined several parties related to allegations of corruption related to the implementation of the Formula E racing event.

In the midst of this investigation process, the KPK has also received several documents from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

The document contains the approval process to the preparations needed by the KPK to obtain detailed and complete information in investigating allegations of corruption in the planned international event. The handover is intended to support the monitoring of corruption prevention (MCP) efforts to the KPK leadership.
