Through this initiative, Google and YouTube will also launch a Digital Wellbeing Guidebook, as well as a Counseling Teacher Training Pilot that will equip 2,500 teachers in Jakarta with the tools and competencies they need to support adolescent mental health.
"By working hand in hand through initiatives like AKSI Digital, we can ensure that future generations have the knowledge and resilience they need to thrive in the digital age," said Leslie Miller, Vice President of YouTube Public Policy on Thursday, January 29.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government also welcomes this collaboration as a tangible form of support for the realization of children, families, and school environments that are digital savvy.
"We are truly grateful for this cooperation which covers the fields of health, education, and digital literacy," said Pramono Anung, Governor of DKI Jakarta.
