NTT DATA Establishes New AI Company in Silicon Valley, Appoints Bratin Saha as CEO

NTT DATA is strengthening its global AI strategy by establishing a new AI company based in Silicon Valley, called NTT DATA AIVista, Inc., as a vehicle for accelerating AI-native business across the group entities.

The combination of NTT DATA's consulting and engineering capabilities, leading AI technology, and world-class talent from Silicon Valley is expected to drive the development of AI-native business and AI services that are most relevant to clients.

"As the global acceleration towards an AI-based business model, the commercialization of advanced AI technology is a strategic necessity for NTT DATA," said President & CEO of the NTT DATA Group, Yutaka Sasaki.

In conjunction with this, NTT DATA also appointed Bratin Saha, the architect of AI business development as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AIVista, effective December 1, 2025.

Saha's appointment marks NTT DATA's strategic move to accelerate the commercialization of advanced AI technologies and build a portfolio of business services that make AI a global business core (AI-native).

With a track record of leading the fastest growing AI business lines in the industry and producing multi-billion dollar AI products at NVIDIA, AWS, and DigitalOcean, Saha will be AIVista's main driver in accelerating the launch, scalability, and adoption of AI-native solutions in the global corporate market.
