JAKARTA - A number of Pixel mobile phone users have reported a problem that causes their shots to disappear. These photos disappear from the local storage or the Google Photos application.

The file has a zero byte size which indicates that the image data fails to be saved into memory. This problem reportedly often occurs when users take many photos in a very short time.
