JAKARTA - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GoTo) has launched a new initiative, the "Gojek Partner Job Exchange" platform which is specifically designed to help Gojek driver partners and their family members who have Diploma 3 (D3) and Bachelor's (S1) degrees.

This platform provides access to a special job exchange that connects partners and their family members with career opportunities at the employer.

Through this initiative, GoTo will facilitate and cooperate with various corporations, partner companies, and companies affiliated with GoTo to be able to access this platform to find labor.

In addition, GoTo helps and facilitates driver partners or their family members to be able to register themselves into a special candidate data bank for Gojek partners. This program is open to all Gojek two-wheeled and four-wheeled partners.

What's more special, the Gojek Partner Job Exchange platform also provides support for coaching and CV creation as well as other career development programs.

"The launch of the Gojek Partner Job Exchange platform is part of our continued commitment to improving partner welfare," said Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo, Deputy President Director and Deputy CEO of GoTo.

With the presence of the Gojek Partner Job Exchange platform, GoTo hopes to bridge partners or family members with stronger initial access to the formal job market.

As a first step, GoTo will begin the process of registering and collecting data on partners and their family members in January 2026.

This program is an ongoing effort by GoTo to encourage the improvement of the welfare of partners as a whole, following the assistance program for BPJS TK and BPJS Health contributions which were launched recently.
