Samsung Health Comes With More Complete Tracking At One UI 8.5

JAKARTA - Samsung officially opened the Beta One UI 8.5 program for a number of devices, and this initial update brings significant improvements to the Samsung Health app. This latest version introduces a more flexible drug tracking device, a more flexible sharing system, as well as a new mindfulness session, marking Samsung's big move to deepen its digital health ecosystem.

In One UI 8.5 beta, Samsung Health displays more detailed weekly reports. Users can now see a clearer picture of their activities, sleep patterns, and sports habits.

Initial examiners also found new features in the form of tracking drug consumption and mindfulness sessions that were integrated into health reports as a whole. The goal is simple: to help users understand the long-term effects of their lifestyle and make health routines more structured.

Samsung also increases the ability to share sports data. So far, users can only share certain statistics with friends or family. In the new version, that information can be combined with photo activity, so that users can highlight their progress or personal achievements more expressively.

On the wearable side of the device, Samsung Health is now getting additional boosts through smartwatch integration. Users can start tracking drugs directly from the watch, without spending their cellphones in the middle of activity.

The update also introduces antioxidant-level measurement tools for the Galaxy Watch line, although they are only available on the Galaxy Watch 8 and Galaxy Watch Ultra.

This One UI 8.5 update makes Samsung Health feel more and more like a private health control center, not just an activity tracking application. Drug integration, more social sports data, as well as deepening health features make it an important part of daily routines in an era where digital health is increasingly personalized.
