Realme C85 Series Breaks World Record Thanks To Air Resilience Standard IP69 Pro

Realme recorded a new historic milestone in the smartphone industry after the Realme C85 Series officially won the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSTM title for the 'Most People Performing a Mobile Phone Water-Resistance Test Simultaneously' category.

This achievement is proof of the high level of water resistance capability of the latest realme device as well as emphasizing the brand's position as one of the leading innovators in the long-lasting smartphone segment for young people.

This world record was achieved through a big challenge that took place at the Cilandak Sports Center, Jakarta. A total of 280 participants held the C85 realme unit and stood parallel at the edge of the pool. In a neatly coordinated domino' style formation, all participants entered the pool and simultaneously drowned their devices for two minutes. After being lifted back simultaneously, all smartphones function normally without experiencing any disturbance, in accordance with the official verification procedure from the GUINNESS WORLD RECOrdSTM.

This protection system includes four high-end water resistance standards IP69K, IP69, IP68, and IP66 which are overall capable of providing protection against 36 types of liquids in various extreme conditions.
