Jakarta – Samsung has officially partnered with iFIT to bring a guided workout experience directly to the Galaxy Watch. Through this partnership, Samsung Health users can enjoy professionally guided workout videos and integrated fitness data tracking.

The partnership was announced on November 11, 2025, and interestingly, these new features are already accessible through the Samsung Health app without waiting for a major update. Users simply open the app on their phone, select a guided workout session, and continue tracking on their Galaxy Watch.

However, there's an important caveat: most of iFIT's workout content is premium and requires a subscription fee. Samsung offers two options: a monthly subscription of US$9.99 (approximately Rp160,000) or an annual subscription of US$99.99 (approximately Rp1.6 million). In addition to full access to all workout videos, subscribers will also receive special discounts on select iFIT programs within the app.

However, Samsung emphasized that not all content will be paid. Users can still enjoy several free workouts such as HIIT (high-intensity interval training), Pilates, yoga, strength training, recovery, barre, and mindfulness, complete with one on-demand workout video per month across various categories.

These new features are compatible with the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch 8 series, and older models like the Galaxy Watch 4.

This collaboration is a strategic move by Samsung to strengthen its digital fitness ecosystem, rivaling similar services like Fitbit Premium and Apple Fitness+. With the combination of the Galaxy Watch's advanced sensors and interactive iFIT guides, Samsung appears to be aiming to make its device more than just a timepiece or step tracker, but also a personal trainer on the wrist.
