Roblox Increases DevEx Value, Creators Can Earn Bigger Income

JAKARTA - In addition to introducing a series of artificial intelligence (AI)-based innovations designed to provide a better experience for development, Roblox also introduced a new way of monetizing.

One way is, Roblox increases the value of the Developer Exchange (DevEx) conversion, which allows creators to earn up to 8.5% more when exchanging their Robux coins.

This step is the company's commitment to boosting the economic ecosystem so that creators can grow and be successful in this game.

As an illustration, the average income of the top 1,000 developers now reaches 1 million US dollars (Rp 16.4 billion), or an increase of almost three times compared to 2020.

Senior Roblox Vice President of Engineering, Nick Tornow, confirmed that this update is because game developers and creators are an important part of realizing this game.
