Komdigi Supports The Implementation Of MPPDN 2.0, Starting From Infrastructure To Data Security

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs has stated its commitment to fully support the implementation of the National Digital Public Service Mall (MPPDN) as an integrated public service platform throughout Indonesia.

MPPDN is a platform initiated by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, to carry out the process of issuing a Certificate of Practice for medical and health personnel.

Direktur Aplikasi PemerintahDigital Kementerian Komdigi, Yessi Arnaz Ferari, menyebutkan bahwa dukungan Komdigi dalam inisi ini adalah mencakup aspek infrastruktur, integrasi sistem, hingga perlindungan data pribadi.

Through the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Digital Government Technology, Komdigi is responsible for the development and maintenance of the MPPDN version 2.0 application, as well as providing technical assistance to local governments so that their implementation runs smoothly.

This support is also strengthened by providing National Data Center (PDN) infrastructure to ensure that the use of MPPDN can be optimal and safe. In addition, Komdigi also facilitates SPLP (Government Service Port System) as a data integration platform.

"For existing digital PTSP services but not yet integrated, we provide the SPLP platform. Now that is one of the bridges in connecting the MPPDN application in that area," Yessi said on Tuesday, September 9 in Jakarta.

On the other hand, the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure also facilitates the acceleration of the provision of digital networks and infrastructure in the universal telecommunications and informatics service area (WPUT), so that MPPDN access can reach remote areas.

Meanwhile, the Directorate General of Digital Space Supervision provides assistance so that the implementation of MPPDN is in accordance with regulatory provisions, including the application of Law no. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.
