A Google spokesperson has confirmed the disturbance to CNET. He stated that, "Today, some users may experience brief service disruptions when opening Google Meet."
Google believes that the problem has been resolved because the service has been restored. According to a preliminary analysis of Google, the main cause of the disturbance is the latest changes to the content edge cache. Google technicians will soon address this issue.
"Our technology has solved this issue by returning the changes," Google wrote in a post. "Thank you for your patience as long as we try to solve this problem."
