JAKARTA - Alibaba Cloud announced a partnership with AirNav Indonesia, a provider of national air navigation services, to strengthen the company's digital resilience, as well as digital transformation travel companions.
As a first step, AirNav Indonesia utilizes superior cloud services from Alibaba Cloud, such as the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) and security services to strengthen their digital infrastructure.
By implementing the Cloud Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), AirNav Indonesia can now minimize the risk of operational disruption without the need to build a secondary data center in physics.
Meanwhile, through this partnership, Alibaba Cloud Security Service will also proactively protect AirNav Indonesia's web application from various cyber attacks and ensure system stability is maintained.
"With a safe and sophisticated cloud solution, we can optimize operations and improve system resilience in supporting air navigation services in order to provide the best value for our customers," said Zainal Arifin Harahap, Director of Engineering at AirNav Indonesia in a statement.
Zainal also emphasized that this collaboration is part of the long-term digital transformation road map for AirNav Indonesia.
Where the company is developing a number of innovative projects based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), such as Smart Aerial Runway Inspection, Automatic NOTAM Generation, and Smart Process Engineering.
