Blu By BCA Payment Method Now Available In Transjakarta Application

JAKARTA PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) in collaboration with PT Transport Jakarta in presenting a new payment method. Now, blu by BCA users can pay for Transjakarta through the application.

This payment method was inaugurated on Wednesday, July 16 and is already available to users of the TJ: Transjakarta application on Android and iOS. By adding payment features for Transjakarta, users can transact more easily.

This integration was launched to adjust the habits of the younger generation. Both BCA Digital and Transjakarta realized that young people are used to cashless payment methods. This habit needs to be supported because it is more efficient and safe.

"Almost 90 percent of Blu's customers are Millennials and Gen Z who want practical and integrated financial solutions with their lifestyle," said BCA Digital President Director Lanny Budiati in a statement.

Director of Business and Asset Utilization of PT Transport Jakarta Fadly Hasan also expressed his support for the integration of blu payments. He said that blu integration can provide a more user-friendly payment alternative.

"This collaboration is an important step in supporting the digital transformation of public services in Jakarta," added Fadly. This innovation is expected to support the development of a sustainable transportation payment ecosystem.
