Google Calendar Makes It Easy For Users Who Want To Switch Accounts And Sub-calenders On Android

JAKARTA Google Calendar has presented the ability to switch accounts quickly when users create events, but the display is not very good because all sub-calenders will be displayed.

The ability to switch accounts and select sub-calenders is placed in one column. Right at the bottom of the title, users will see their email address. If taped, Google Calendar will display all email addresses with each sub-calender.

Although users can choose email and sub-calender at once, the displayed window looks quite complicated. Users can make mistakes by tapping the sub-calender from another email. Therefore, Google simplifies its appearance.

On Google Calendar version 2025.16.0 for Android, according to the Android Police report, users will see a simpler window. User's email is still placed under the title, but the window only displays various email addresses owned by the user.

Users no longer need to select sub-calenders in that window. Google now places sub-calenders separately under the email menu in the form of labels. If users want to change their sub-calenders, they only need to tap on the desired label.

If viewed, the appearance is indeed simpler. What's more, Google Calendar will remember the last sub-calender used by its users. That way, the sub-calender will be highlighted automatically when the user adds a new event.

No other menu changes can be seen on the Google Calendar event creation page. To get this update, users only need to update their application via the Play Store to version 2025.16.0 or later.
