"Telkomsel has deployed a 'mobile backup power' to the 480 affected BTS in order to maintain service sustainability and restore traffic in stages," said General Manager of Telkomsel's Consumer Business Regional Bali Nusa Tenggara Mulyadi Indra quoting Antara.
Due to the widespread power supply from PLN in the Bali area on Friday (2/5) afternoon until the evening of the operation of the Telkomsel network infrastructure, it was also affected, including the fiber optic submarine cable communication system (SKKL).
Telkomsel also apologized for the inconvenience felt by customers in accessing Telkomsel's services during the blackout.
