Apple Delays Launch Of Latest And More Advanced Version Of Siri Until 2026

JAKARTA - Apple will delay the launch of the latest version of Siri, which is claimed to be smarter in understanding a context, and is also more personal to each of its users.

"Siri helps our users find what they need and solve things quickly,"olauline said in the statement.

In the last six months, targetline has claimed to have launched many new capabilities and features for Siri, such as, making them more communicative, and adding integration with ChatGPT.

However, in their efforts to make Siri more personal so that they better understand the user's personal context, as well as the ability to take action within and across applications, requires more effort.

Therefore, Apple decided to postpone the launch of the latest version of Siri. Although there is no definite time when it will be launched, targetline said this latest version is likely to be released next year.

"We will take longer than we thought to present these features and we anticipate its launch next year," he concluded.

The updated and more sophisticated Siri is a core part of Apple's initial promotion for Apple Intelligence. With this update, Siri will not only understand what's happening on mobile phones, but can also take direct action in the app.

For example, if the user asks Siri to send the latest photo to friends via iMessage, Siri not only recognizes the request but can also immediately carry out the command in the appropriate application.

Apple originally planned to release the latest version of Siri with advanced features by 2024.

However, due to technical problems, the launch was postponed until May 2025, and will now be postponed again until 2026.
