Telkom Utilizes AI To Present Innovative Solutions, Realizing Indonesia Gold 2045

JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), is committed to continuing to present various innovative solutions to support the progress of the national digital ecosystem. This is in line with the mission of the Asta Cita government to realize the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045.

One of Telkom's efforts is to strengthen its digital ecosystem through artificial intelligence (AI) solutions which include data analytics, artificial intelligence, and business automation.

"We believe that AI is not just technology, but is the main enabler in creating a better digital ecosystem," said Telkom's Director of Digital Business, Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid, in an official broadcast.

According to Fajrin, the use of AI can not only increase efficiency, but also contribute to the sustainable growth of the digital economy.

"With the widespread implementation of AI, humans enter an era where technology is a supporter in decision making and daily operations," added Fajrin.

One of Telkom's leading AI innovations is BigBox AI, which has assisted government agencies and companies in automating routine tasks, enabling workers to focus more on strategic, creative, and decision-making aspects.

BigBox AI is equipped with various technologies, such as AI Analytics to understand data patterns and better decision-making or Smart Automation to reduce manual work and increase productivity.

There is also AI Chatbot for smarter and more efficient customer service, and Fraud Detection to help detect suspicious activity in data and transaction security.
