Samsung Hasn't Launched One UI 7 In The Galaxy S4 Series

The launch of One UI 7 is highly anticipated by Samsung users, especially after the Galaxy S25 series was launched. Unfortunately, this firmware update has not been seen even though the monthly security patch has been released.

The South Korean company has started rolling out the latest firmware containing the February security patch. The Galaxy S24 series in Korea is the first device to get this update. In the next few weeks, this security patch will be extended to other countries.

In the release of the visible firmware, this security patch is still based on One UI 6.1.1, quite disappointing news for users of the Galaxy S24 series. This security patch with the creation number S928NKSS44AYA1/S928NOKR44AYA1 has a size of 455MB.

Based on the firmware size, this security patch will not include a new feature that is quite important for the Galaxy S24 series. Samsung only includes bug fixes, vulnerable security, and three high-level issues that could affect the performance of mobile phones.

One UI 7 Update

It's still unclear when this firmware update will roll out, but Samsung is definitely keeping big changes in it. Samsung also hasn't started the fourth beta One UI 7 which includes Android 15.

One UI 7 will be the largest Samsung firmware update for including the Android 15 system in it. There are many improvements to this latest software, ranging from design, widget, screen display, and other features.

Previously, the launch of Samsung's firmware which includes the latest Android version always went smoothly. This is the first time the latest Android launch on Samsung phones has been running slowly. It's been two months available on Pixel phones, Samsung users still have to wait another 15 weeks for Android.
