Kemendikbudristek Internet Quota Assistance Disbursed Next Month, Telkomsel Users Are Urged To Check Mobile Numbers

JAKARTA - The distribution of the Internet Quota Assistance program to students and teaching staff from the government through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) has entered its third phase.

The government program is planned to run during the period from September to November 2021. The distribution of aid will be carried out on September 11 to 15 2021, October 11 to 15 2021, and November 11 to 15 2021. The internet data quota provided will be valid for 30 days from receipt.

The following are the details of the distribution of the Internet Quota Assistance program for the period September to November 2021 for each beneficiary:

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) students get 7GB per month for 3 months. Elementary and Secondary Education Students get 10GB per month for 3 months. Early Childhood and Primary and Secondary Education Educators get 12GB per month for 3 months. Lecturers and Students get 15GB per month for 3 months.

The entire internet quota assistance at this stage is a general quota that can be used to access all pages and applications, except for platforms that are limited by the Ministry of Education and Culture for maximum utilization of data quotas for teaching and learning purposes.

To expedite the distribution of quota assistance, Telkomsel, one of the operators in Indonesia, also urges beneficiaries to ensure that the mobile numbers registered since the distribution of the first phase of the Internet Data Quota Package assistance in 2020 are still active.

If there is a change in the mobile number, the beneficiary can coordinate with the representative of the school or related educational institution appointed by the local government.

Beneficiaries who have not registered or want to confirm the data registration verification process in this program can also contact representatives of schools or educational institutions authorized through the DAPODIK Kemendikbudristek application. Technical instructions for distributing aid can be accessed at https://kuota-learning.kemdikbud.go.id/.

Meanwhile, Telkomsel customers can check the registration status of their mobile phone number in the Internet Data Quota package assistance program for the period September to November 2021 from the Ministry of Education and Culture via UMB *363*844# (if the beneficiary data has been received by Telkomsel), and to find out the amount of data quota that has been received. logged in and already used can check regularly via UMB *888# or the MyTelkomsel application.

For information, in the entire period of the Internet Quota Assistance program, all mobile cellular telecommunications service providers have used tariffs regulated through policies set by the Ministry of Education and Culture based on the results of coordination with all stakeholders including the Association of Indonesian Telecommunications Providers (ATSI).
