JAKARTA - Finally, it's not just a rumor, Ariana Grande has been confirmed for a concert at the Epic Games game, Fortnite. This five-show concert series will kick off August 6 at 6 p.m. ET, and the shows will run through August 8.
Epic recommends being in-game ready 60 minutes before the show starts. Rift Tour will begin with an experience that combines popular tracks with moments based on elements from the game.

Epic will also be selling the Ariana Grande skin as part of the Icon Series, which features real-world celebrities like LeBron James and Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. The Grande skin will go on sale August 4 at 8 p.m. ET. That means, players can come to Ariana Grande's concerts dressed as Ariana Grande.
Not only that, players can also get previews of skins and backpacks based on Ariana Grande's pet pig, Piggy Smallz in this teaser video. Players attending the concert will also receive a special glider umbrella. Meanwhile, players who subscribe to the monthly Fortnite Crew will get several exclusive bonuses, including a rainbow variant of the concert umbrella.
Previous Fortnite concerts have been huge successes, with over 10 million people attending Marshmello's in-game concert in February 2019 and over 12 million people attending Travis Scott's surreal Fortnite show in April 2020.
Previously, Grande's appearance rumored to be coming to the game in July was leaked beforehand from documents unearthed as part of Epic's case against Apple. The document also reveals that Epic is planning concerts with other megastars including Lady Gaga.
