Apple Is Being Sued For Compensation Of Its Customers Worth Rp. 14 Quadrillion

JAKARTA - Apple should have an extra budget or a sophisticated lawyer to deal with the many lawsuits in its past. Moreover, there is a lawsuit from his customer which is crazy enough to demand compensation of US $ 1 trillion or the equivalent of Rp. 14 quadrillion.

This lawsuit was filed by Raevon Terrell Parker from Missouri, United States, because of an incident at the Apple Store. Where Raevon complained about his mobile device that was no longer working and asked Apple employees to fix it.

However, when it was serviced, it was discovered that the 39-year-old man was thought to have installed a version of iOS that Apple had not released to the public. Apple employees at that time finally deleted the version and returned it to its original settings. Unfortunately, Raevon did not accept that he then demanded Apple service.

"Apple employees tried to trick me by saving the previous device and data and saying that my mobile phone has new features," Parker claimed in his statement at the trial, summarized by Bussines Insider, Friday, June 12.

It was not explained what iOS version Parker had installed. However, referring to the features mentioned such as the Facetime-esque group, it is likely that the iOS that is being downloaded is a beta version or is in the testing phase.

As a result Parker demanded compensation for the losses he experienced. Especially the insult conveyed by Apple employees for calling themselves crazy, because they installed iOS that had not been tested by the public.

No kidding, Parker filed a lawsuit worth 1 trillion US dollars as compensation money to Apple. This means that Parker can become the richest person in the world overnight, if the lawsuit is granted by a judge.

However, this is not the first time, Parker has filed a lawsuit against Apple. Because in the previous year, Parker had filed a claim for compensation of 2 trillion US dollars for the same complaint. However, the panel of judges rejected the lawsuit.
