JAKARTA - Since the success of Among Us in 2020, the game has moved to more consoles over the past year. And now, the PlayStation listing has finally provided a possible release date for Among Us on PS4 and PS5.

According to ScreenRant, Tuesday, July 6, the PlayStation port of Among Us was revealed during the Sony State of Play showcase some time ago, but there was no hint of an official release date until a recent leak emerged.
According to the game's upload on the PlayStation database, Among Us' release date for PS4 and PS5 is August 31. While this date isn't official yet, it could be a major clue for PlayStation owners who are Among Us fans.
Furthermore, Among US received several major updates over the past few months and is receiving more content in the near future. Last June saw the addition of 15 player lobbies as well as the ability to have 3 Impostors in one match.
This month's update coming on July 7 adds a new vents cleaning task, which could potentially boot the Impostor from the vents. Beyond that, there are other plans in the roadmap for Among Us, including a hide-and-seek mode and a 5th map.
